1st Course
Tempura fried shrimp, mango-Thai chili reduction, shaved green apple slaw, paired with Permafrost New England Double IPA
2nd Course
Compressed watermelon and prosciutto crudo, mint-honey whipped ricotta, toasted pistachios, paired with Saranac Blueberry Blonde
3rd Course
Peach BBQ glazed baby back ribs, house-made baked beans, chipotle potato salad, paired with Saranac Maximus Super Lager
4th Course
Strawberry-rhubarb crisp, vanilla ice cream, lavender-infused whipped cream, paired with Saranac Mai-Bock German Lager
