The place serves up coffee, baked goods, and a host of other treats that serve as sustenance while guests are on property to play. Did you know Perfect Pour Café doubles as a swanky and sophisticated bar and bistro at night? That means the same cozy bistro tables that provide recharging respite during the day serve as gathering spots and conversation pits for friends in the evening. General Manager Jerry Marrello likes to say the laid-back vibe and oversized club chairs at Perfect Pour comprise a “well-kept secret” for a relaxed lounge vibe once the sun goes down. “Perfect Pour is a perfect spot to unwind over a round of craft cocktails or some glasses of wine,” he said. In particular, Jerry said the Perfect Pour is a great place to escape the hubbub of the casino. The cocktail program at Perfect Pour really is worth celebrating. “The Dude from Dublin” features fresh cold brew coffee, bourbon barrel-aged maple syrup, bourbon, and cream; the “Cinnamon Maple Whiskey Sour” spotlights Bulleit Bourbon, fresh-squeezed lemon juice,­ local maple syrup, and cinnamon. These are just two of the winning concoctions. The bar at Perfect Pour is also famous for its martinis. At last check, the menu spotlighted three martinis in particular: espresso, chocolate peanut butter, and tiramisu. Of course Perfect Pour bartenders can whip up just about any kind of martinis, including the traditional gin variations that come with a twist. In terms of wines, the café offers a variety of choices from New York, California, and abroad. Perfect Pour also offers light bites such as sandwiches, salads, and more.
